How Our Referral Program Works

Referring Property Management Clients

Email pm@convenient-rentals.com with your contact name and information and let your client know we will be reaching out to them.  Every client who signs a property management contract with us we will provide a $150 referral fee.

Referring Renters

Leasing agents that show one of our for lease listings that results in a signed approved lease will receive $150 referral fee.

Receiving Payment

Please email your W-9 form to accounting@convenient-rentals.com along with your referral name, property name, and where to issue the referral payment to.
